Ride in the bike lane or street
Do not ride on sidewalks
Do not ride on the bricked portion of the Downtown Mall, the Corner, or Court Square.
Park the device upright near the curb, in a designated scooter or bike parking area, or in spaces designated for motorcycle/moped parking. If the sidewalk is too narrow to allow for three feet of space on the other side of device, don’t park there!
Do not park on private property unless the company specifically allows it at a certain location.
Park on a hard surface whenever possible. Scooters may tip over when parked on grass or mulch.
Please park responsibility and in designated areas on University Grounds. When parking near UBike hubs, place the scooter as near to the rack as is practical, or in the rack if space allows. Be mindful not to impede pedestrian and ADA access.
It is our mission to provide mobility services to all. Veo offers Charlottesville residents Veo Access our discounted fare program.
