Ever taken a Veo for a quick grocery run or a fast errand and wish your ride could wait for you out front?? Yeah, we’ve been there too — and we’ve heard you loud and clear:
“There has to be a way to pause the ride when you’re running a quick errand.” “A pause feature for 10 minutes would be amazing.”
You asked. So, we listened.
Say hello to the Pause feature!
You can now pause your ride for up to 15 minutes within available ride zones. That means when you pop into a store or run a quick errand, your ride will be waiting right where you left it — ready to take you back.
How it works:
🤳 Tap the “Pause” button in the app anytime during your ride.
🔒 Your ride will be locked to others for up to 15 minutes.
🤳 To un-pause, tap the “Resume” button.
📸 As usual, you’ll need to take an end of ride photo to formally complete your trip.
