Veo is proud to provide the City of Los Angeles with our micromobility service. As part of our initial launch, Veo is currently servicing the Brentwood, West LA, Mar Vista, Venice, Marina Del Rey, and Del Rey neighborhoods. Learn more about the local program, rules and support below.

On-Demand Mobility Rules and Guidelines

Rules of the road:

Wear a helmet

Obey all traffic laws

Yield to pedestrians

Ride in the bike lane or street

One person per device

Must be 18 or older with driver’s license to ride

No riding on sidewalks

Park Responsibly

Please park in the furniture zone of the sidewalk, preferably near a bike rack or in another area specifically designated for bicycle or micromobility parking.

Do not park:

In front of driveways, crosswalks, and transit stops
Near ADA access ramps
Near utilities (such as fire hydrants)
Within 15’ of street corner pedestrian ramps
Along color curbs (such as Accessible Parking Zones-blue and Loading Zones-yellow)
On landscaped areas or grass
On sidewalks less than 3 feet wide
Leave at least 6 feet of sidewalk space for pedestrians and persons with disabilities

It is our mission to provide mobility services to all. Veo offers Santa Monica residents Veo Access, our discounted fare program. Anyone who qualifies for a Los Angeles local, California State, or federal assistance program, such as CalFresh or Medi-Cal, is eligible for Veo Access Los Angeles discounts. Veo also provides a call based system to allow non-smartphone users and unbanked users to access our devices. Sign up for either service by calling Veo customer service at 855-836- 2256.
