Veo is so thrilled to serve the city of Cleveland!
We’re bringing a mixed fleet of Cosmo-e throttle-assist e-bikes and Astro standing scooters, giving residents and visitors options to ride.
The Cosmo-e is decked out with large tires, a throttle, and a low center of gravity that doesn’t require riders to stand or pedal. The Cosmo-e helps riders get to where they need to go if they are unable to pedal or prefer to sit while traveling. The Cosmo-e is also the preferred vehicle for traveling longer distances. Meanwhile, our classic Astro standing scooter has you covered for fun, short trips around town.
How to Ride
- • Find your ride: Riders aged 18+ can locate vehicles using the free Veo app.
- • Unlock and go: Using the Veo app, riders scan a QR code and pay $1 to unlock the vehicle. Riders then pay $0.39/min for the duration of their ride.
- • End your ride: Upon completion of the ride, riders must park their vehicle upright. Riders should check the app to see if they need to park their vehicle in a designated area. Otherwise, vehicles should be parked in a corral or bike rack when possible, or on the perimeter of the sidewalk outside of the pedestrian right of way. Riders must take a photo within the app to confirm proper parking.
