Think you know the perfect spot for a new bike rack?

Rules of the road:

Wear a helmet

Yield to pedestrians

Do not ride on sidewalk – ride in the bike lane or street

Obey all traffic laws

PARKING:

When you are done with your ride, use the lock on Veo’s e-scooter to lock to a bike rack, parking meter pole, or street sign.

E-scooters may not be attached to bus stop signs, disabled parking signs, trees, fire hydrants, or private property.

If locking to a bike rack, e-scooters should be positioned parallel to inverted-U or circle bike rack or perpendicular to a wave style rack. No more than two e-scooters shall be locked to each inverted-U bike rack.

It is our mission to provide mobility services to all. Veo offers Oaklanders Veo Access our discounted fare program. Anyone who qualifies for an Oakland local, California State, or federal assistance program, such as CalFresh or Medi-Cal, is eligible for Veo Access Oakland discounts. See the Veo Access homepage for instructions on how to apply.

Veo also provides a call based system to allow non-smartphone users and unbanked users to access our devices. Sign up for either service by calling Veo customer service at  855-836- 2256.

In Oakland Veo offers our Astro stand up scooter. 

We also offer an Electric Adaptive Wheelchair Device. Contact Customer Support to reserve an adaptive device for pick up or for delivery.
