Veo Return Policy

1. The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund.

2. Item must be returned in the original packaging.

3. Vehicles that appear used or damaged will not be accepted for a refund.

4. Veo will provide a shipping label. The shipping and card processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

5. Contact Veo at hello@veoride.com to request a shipping label for return.

6. Veo is not responsible for the package until we have received it in our facility.

7. You are liable should the package get lost in shipment to our address.
