Rules of the road:
No sidewalk riding
No double riding
Must be 18 years old w/ valid ID
Park Responsibly at Required Parking Hubs
Upon completion of the ride, riders must park in designated locations identified with a “P” in the app. Riders must take a photo within the app to confirm proper parking.
Memberships
VeoPlus Premium: VeoPlus is a monthly subscription that waives all unlock fees and grants members access to members-only offers and perks. Sign up in the Memberships tab in the Veo app menu.
VeoPlus Commuter: VeoPlus Commuter is a weekly subscription that offers 20 minutes of free riding twice daily and access to members-only offers and perks. Sign up in the Memberships tab in the Veo app menu.
Veo Access: It is our mission to provide mobility services to all. Veo offers New Haven residents Veo Access our discounted fare program. Anyone who qualifies for a New Haven local, State, or federal assistance program (eg. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program – SNAP – or Medicaid), and AARP members are eligible for Veo Access discounts. Learn more and apply.
